1. Every care has been taken to describe items carefully. If in any doubt, please email me before buying and I will do my best to answer your question. Photos are part of the description, please study them carefully.
2. Buyers must pay for postage and packing. The postage and packing price stated will be one that fully insures the item. A small charge is made for packing materials and taking your item to a Post Office. In the rare event of an item going missing in the post, I will issue a full refund to you.
3. Payment is by Paypal ONLY please. This is because I believe it to be the safest and most efficient payment method.
4. I will dispatch items as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working days. I will notify you if there will be a longer delay, for example if I am on holiday.
5. Items offered on behalf of third party clients will take longer to be dispatched but I estimate within 5 working days. This is because the item will be posted to me first. I will notify you as soon as your goods have been dispatched.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I promise you a full refund. You, the buyer, must pay for the return postage. Simply return the item to me in the same condition within 14 days. Please email to let me know your intention to return the item and state your reason for returning it.
